CHC is a new 2 story, 2 bedroom beachfront home set on 10 foot columns with 2 verandas.CHC is 3.5 miles south of San Pedro (think of what Key West used to be, or should be, except with sand streets & golf carts rather than cars). CHC has ocean views from every room except one. The home is bright, decorated in island decor and filled with paintings and art work from local artists. Mahogany woodwork is throughout the home. CHC is fully air conditioned, has a full kitchen with everything you need, should you decide to eat at home. CHC sleeps 6 comfortably. Both bedrooms have mattress & box springs (which is not always the case on the island)with high quality linens, the master bedroom has a queen bed & a veranda and the second bedroom has twin beds.Walk out the front door to the beach for sunning or snorkling. Don't forget snorkle gear. Go fishing off the pier. CHC is adjacent to Hol Chan Marine Reserve which is famous for diving. Tour boats will pick up at pier. A washer/dryer is in the home, but please conserve water. Linens, towels, beach towels,local charcoal grill, radio, CD player, DVD player, TV with cable and phone are provided.CHC has a security system. Internet service & computer available. Maid service is usually 3 times a week. Manager will meet you at the airport to assist you with any of your needs or questions. Arrangements for taxi pick-up from/to the air port can be arranged for a fee. A golf cart rental agency is across from the air port. Golf carts are used rather than cars. Four night minimum stay.
