This large luxury one bedroom Maui vacation rental condominium was completely remodeled in 2008 and looks spectacular. It is ideally located because it is near all the attractions of Kaanapali Beach and directly on the beach. Our Maui vacation rental condo is known as The Mahana at Kaanapali. From your lanai (patio), living room, or bedroom (they directly face the beach), you can watch humpback whales at the same time you're watching incredibly beautiful Hawaiian sunsets. With the islands of Molokai and Lanai in the distance.
Our luxury oceanfront Maui vacation rental is a spacious 900 sq. ft. attractively decorated, one bedroom, ground-floor walkout with spectacular oceanfront views. The condo is only 20 yards from (and directly facing) beautiful sandy Kaanapali Beach and the Mahana swimming pool. Several championship golf courses are nearby.
It is hard to beat the convenience of being on the ground floor. If you are sitting by the pool, sunning yourself on the lounge chairs, or relaxing on the beach, it is extremely convenient to go back to the condo for a cold drink, a book, or anything else you may need.
Our luxury condo has been completely remodeled and upgraded. It offers all the conveniences of home - and then some. The bathroom has a large luxurious walk-in shower with two shower heads. The bedroom has a king sized bed. The full kitchen comes with anything you can reasonably expect to need or desire. The condo is supplied with everything from a washer & dryer to beach towels, to a hair dryer, to picnic coolers, and snorkeling gear. It is equipped with TV’s, DVD, and a stereo, including an iPod adapter. The luxury and convenience this condo offers will help make your Maui vacation truly memorable.
The Mahana at Kaanapali has a quiet and relaxed environment. Many of the Mauai condo accomodations are owner occupied or managed "by owner." Since The Mahana at Kaanapali does not cater to tour-groups and conventions, nor does it have a bar, it is quieter than the nearby Maui resort hotels. If you are seeking a livelier environment or other types of night-life entertainment, you can find it by taking a short walk along the beach or a short car ride.
The Mahana at Kaanapali was rated as one of the top hotels in Hawaii by Travel & Leisure Magazine. Although we rent this ground floor condo vacation rental unit ourselves, other owners have chosen to have Resort Quest rent their condo units for them at approximately twice our rates. You can save because we cut out the middleman. Our Mahana Rates are substantially less than Resort Quest's "discount" prices.
Kaanapali Beach topped CNN’s list of “Americas Best Beaches” due to its white coral sand and clear emerald-green water. Kaanapali Beach is Maui’s most popular world-class resort area and well known for its fine dining, golf courses, tennis, shopping, sightseeing, swimming, snorkeling, surfing, sailboarding, and scuba diving. It is located approximately 4 miles northwest of Lahaina, the former Hawaiian capital and whaling port and is nestled between the blue Pacific and majestic mountain slopes covered with sugar cane fields. This western coast of Maui is known for its scenic beauty, picturesque shorelines, lavish resorts, superb beaches and ideal year-round weather.
Maui offers many sightseeing activities. See the sunrise from Halealka Crater, travel the winding road to Hana and the Seven Pools, or ride the sugar cane train through the canefields. Watch humpback whales and sea turtles right from shore. Take a helicopter ride or see spinner dolphins from a sailing or tour boats. Maui is also a golfer’s paradise with six championship golf courses. These golf courses are located in the three distinctive resorts of Kaanapali, Kapalua and Wailea, all within a short ride from The Mahana. Naturally, you can play on these golf courses all year long.

Minimum rental is 5 days. Rental is based upon occupancy by two people. Additional perople are $20 per person per day. Local taxes are added to the above rental rates. There is a security deposit of $200 (which will be returned within one week after you depart) and a one-time cleaning fee of $75 for maid service at the end of your stay. Reservations made verbally will be held for one week, after which we need a $200 deposit to reserve to condo ($500 for monthly rental). The balance of the payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
