A short walk to the sunny shores at Carnelian Beach, hiking trails, kayaking, miniature golf, and local restaurants (World famous GarWoods Grill, CB's Pizza, Post Office Coffee Shop). A five minute drive Northeast to Kings Beach and you'll find Safeway (Starbucks), restaurants, sandy beaches, casinos, and shopping. Tahoe City is less than 10 minutes the other way where you'll find more restaurants, shopping, and the Truckee River for rafting in the summer. This home comes fully stocked with everything you will need (except food, beverages & clothes!) including: pots, pans, utensils, dishes, quality linens and luxurious down comforters and quilts on all the beds. You will feel as though you are in your own home ! The house has 3 floors (two flights of stairs plus ladder to the loft) so those with small toddlers will need to take precautions.
There is plenty of room for your group to spread out in this 2400 square foot house with two separate living/play areas (actually 3 with the lift). Warm up after a full day of skiing, boating, or hiking by the natural stone open-hearth fireplace in the top floor family/great room. This is a NON-SMOKING home.

All rates are plus 10% room tax + $200* cleaning fee + $500 refundable damage deposit. Deposit to be refunded upon clean inspection of home. May take up to 30 days for refund to be processed.At least a two night minimum applies on all rentals. Winter/ Holiday period prices may be higher than listed and have minimum stays from 4 - 7 nights. Holidays include, but are not limited to: New Years, President's Weekend, Valentines Weekend, Spring Break, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th week, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Rates are based on a 2-6 person occupancy. Additional nightly fees & higher cleaning deposit will apply for additional people with a maximum occupancy of 18 people.

$25 Return check fee $500 deposit required to reserve selected dates. Full Payment Due 14 Days Prior to Arrival. If less than 14 days until arrival date, payment is due within 3 days of booking date. Please charge all long distance calls to a credit card or call collect. There is no charge for local calls. Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 10:00 AM. If the house is not booked directly before, or directly after your stay, the check-in and check out times are sometimes flexible. Please call our office for details.
Cancellation Policy -
The reservation deposit is refundable, less a $100.00 cancellation fee, if cancelled 30-days prior to your scheduled arrival. No refunds are given if cancellation is received less than 30-days prior to arrival date, unless we re-rent the home for the dates confirmed to you. If the home is re-rented your deposit less $100.00 cancellation fee will be returned to you. Thank you for your interest in our home!!
