Other amenities include washer and dryer in the unit, centrally located pool and jacuzzi. There is a maximum of TWO cars permitted. The summer rate for this unit is $230 per night with discounts of 10-30% for stays of four nights or more. This is a beautiful unit at a steal of a price. Winter rates are $285 midweek, $335 weekends, $385 to $435 on holidays. Maximum occupancy is 8 persons. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, second bedroom has a queen, two trundle beds (four twins) in the loft and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
