Our apartment is on the second floor of a completely renovated centenarian duplex. Located within 50 meters of the DuCollege subway, it provides a quick access to the downtown area and all points of interest.
This is a quiet residential area surrounded by parks near the old part of the Saint-Laurent borough; there are many good ethnic restaurants. It is possible to have access to almost all possible facilities such as: commercial ( shopping centers, supermarkets, drugstores..), cultural (university, colleges, museum, theaters..) sports (cross-country skiing, snow sliding, golf, tennis, badminton, hockey arena, skating, board-skating, swimming, gyms, bowling, etc …) at 10 minutes or less by car.
Located 1 km from the major highways 15 and 40, it is easy to get quickly out of town to visit all regions of Quebec including Charlevoix, Quebec city and Ottawa. It takes 1 hour to Mont St Sauveur ski hill and 1 hr 30 minutes to the most beautiful skiing area Mont Tremblant.
The apartment is spacious, modern, 3 queen size beds, fully equipped to give you an at home feeling away from home. It includes wireless high speed internet, satellite TV, phone with free local calls etc . .. . It can accommodate 6 persons and 2 small children
