The condo is within 15 minutes of four Summit County Ski Areas – Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain - and within 35 minutes of Vail. The Summit Stage Shuttle stop is across the street and provides FREE year-round transportation to the ski areas.

Even with the perfect ski location, summer is our favorite season in Dillon. From the condo, you can walk to the Dillon Marina for sailing or boating, enjoy the adjacent bike path around Lake Dillon, or take advantage of nearby hiking, rock climbing, mountain biking, or rafting. Year-round, enjoy the brand new Silverthorne Recreation Center, shopping outlets, and nearby movie theater, all within a five minute drive.

Sleeps eight to ten comfortably with queen beds in master and guest bedroom, four bunk beds in third bedroom and queen sofa sleeper in living room. The clubhouse offers an indoor pool, hot-tub and sauna - perfect for relaxing your muscles after a full day of skiing or biking. Amenities include wood burning fireplace, covered parking, and a 32 inch color TV with surround sound, cable, and a DVD player. There is no landline telephone but great cell phone service.
