This nicely furnished, 3 level townhome is a perfect vacation spot. Bedroom and full bath on the entry level, full kitchen, dining area, and living room are on the second level. The living room has a wood burning stove, TV/DVD, and a sofa sleeper. There is a deck off the living room that has a charcoal BBQ and a table and chairs (summer only). The third level is the loft. Kingswood Village has a pool and tennis courts in the summer, and a year round sauna and fitness room. Just over the hill from Northstar ski resort and a mile from the beach, a great retreat!
A 10% tax, departure cleaning fee, and refundable security/damage deposit are required in addition to nightly rate. Please no smoking and no pets.
