THIS HOME IS SKI LEASED DECEMBER 1 - APRIL 30, 2006 The deck on this home wraps half-way around for maximum sun! Hot tub on the deck so you can gaze at the stars (this home even has an outdoor shower!!). The home itself has a welcoming and open living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom on the entry level with access to that great deck. The smaller kitchen is very well equipped. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a full bath and a loft with futon for extra sleeping. This is a great home - the street is pretty level for bike riding with easy access in the winter. The homeowners pool, tennis, beach and pier are available in the summer. This home is ski leased in the winter.
