Ranked by National Geographic as one of 5 most beautiful lakes in the world. Great fishing and perfect location for New England fall folliage lovers. Only 20 minutes from White Mountain National Forest. Half hour drive to North Conway shops and restaurants. Ten minutes to public golf course - Kezar lake Country Club.

Our lot includes a private sandy beach, a spacious 1/2 acre of wooded grounds, and view of White Mountains from large dock. Completely renovated in 2001 with 2nd bath added in 2004. Fully equipped kitchen and spacious living/dining area. Largest bedroom is 24 ft by 16 ft and is furnished with one queen bed & 2 sets of bunk beds. Second bedroom furnished with queen bed, 3rd bedroom furnished with double bed. Double glass sliding doors lead to deck overlooking lake. Free usage of 17 ft canoe and two 2-seated kayaks included.
