The entry to the villa is just beautiful. From the private parking area, you ascend a flight of stairs and are then on the pool terrace that is carved into the surrounding rock of the mountain. The setting is picture perfect. The private, safety enclosed pool is 7 meters long by 5 meters wide. There is a covered porch of 31 metres next to the pool area. This is where the barbeque and table for al fresco dining will be located.

The door to the villa is accessed via the covered porch. Upon entering the villa, you encounter the spacious, round, open plan lounge, diner and kitchen. The kitchen has a breakfast bar which is great for kids and for enjoying a glass of wine and a tapa. There are multiple sliding glass doors that allow for enjoyment of the stunning sea views and access to the terrace that surround the villa. There is a laundry room and a cloak/powder room on this level.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The master bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms have access to a terrace that overlook the pool and again offer magnificent views. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The guest bedroom with the terrace also has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin size beds and there is space for a twin size air mattress if there are 7 people in your party. There is another terrace on this level, which leads up to the roof top terrace.
