ACCOMMODATION The accommodation provides a living room furnished with top quality furniture and soft furnishings including a corner sofa suite, occasional tables and coffee table adorned with thai handicrafts. The room is complimented with Thai art wall hangings, mirrors and indoor potted plants. Patio doors open out to the pool and garden. An attractive wood slat surround feature separates the living area from the kitchen. The split level kitchen/dining area is furnished with a 6 seater dining room table and chairs, a step down leads to the state of the state of the art fully equipped kitchen where everything you need for preparing that special meal is provided including, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. The master bedroom is accessed from the living area. The room has a double bed and ample fitted wardrobe and drawer space. The interior is beautifully decorated with soft furnishings, wall hangings and indoor potted plants. The sumptuous bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle has a feature wall sculpture and attractive hanging light fittings. A corridor from the living area leads to two further luxuriously furnished double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. The bedroom to the rear of the villa has a door leading on to a secondary garden providing a cool shady relaxing area. A guest bathroom off the living area completes the accommodation.
OUTDOOR LIVING Both the living area and master bedroom have views over the garden and swimming pool and patio doors lead out to the south facing wooden sundeck furnished with quality teak patio tables, chairs and sun loungers. In the corner of the garden, separate from the pool and surrounded by tropical plants, is a private Jacuzzi pool which makes an ideal spot for relaxing while sipping an evening cocktail. The idyllic white sand beach is just a few minutes stroll away for you to enjoy a dip shimmering waters of the Gulf of Siam.
FACILITIES & SERVICES The villa is fully air conditioned as well as being fitted with ceiling fans and mosquito screen doors to add to your comfort and relaxation. Satellite TV, DVD player and a compact sound system are provided for guest’s entertainment, and there is wireless ADSL internet connection for those who wish to keep in touch with the outside world. There is also a full-time villa manageress who can help ensure you have a perfect holiday. An integral part of the fully serviced accommodation, Fiona, supported by three members of staff, takes care of the rooms, gardens and pools. She can also arrange for you to have an in-house chef should you wish, or provide food or wine/drinks and organise tours, activities or taxis. There is also the villa car available for rent. The Beach Village House is in a superb location for people looking to lose themselves in the beauty of Koh Samui's gorgeous beaches and lush tropical landscape. The villa is set in Samui Beach Village, a small luxury living development far away from the busy tourist areas of Samui. With an unspoiled beaches in the relatively undeveloped south-eastern coast, Samui Beach Village has been built amid a profusion of coconut palms and tropical landscaped gardens. Close to many attractions, it is only a 20 minute boat ride to Koh Tan and Koh Mudsum, two neighbouring islands which are well-known for their fantastic fishing and snorkelling. It is only ten minutes away from Lamai Beach, 30 minutes from Chaweng and Samui’s top golf course, and 35 minutes from the airport, so you are never far from the action. There is easy access to shopping, restaurants, nightlife and other activities, yet you will feel you are on your own tropical island paradise. A wonderful stay in a lovely villa with great company. We have been extremely well looked after by Lay, Ying and everyone - watch out for the breakfast, it’s enough to keep you going all day. Weather has been great even though it’s supposed to be the rainy season. Fiona was a pleasure to deal with and made sure we were well looked after. Chef’s dinner was fabulous; you must try his Prawn and Tamarind sauce – phenomenal. To all who made our stay at the Beach Village House so wonderful, very big thank you and hope to see you very soon. Lamai was a perfect beach to spend the day - not too crowded, and massages on the beach. Five island’s restaurant was great on a nice warm evening to see the sunset and have some nice food and drinks. M's is a must for good Thai food around the corner. Kamalaya is a perfect place for a massage retreat. It's also nice to spend an evening at one of the restaurants right on Lamai beach - tables in the sand, candles, very romantic and lively.
