Enjoy the privacy and peacefulness of this three acre estate on Kauai's Magical North Shore. Enter the property through a tree lined drive over an old sugar cane bridge to the bottom floor of a two story house with distant views of the ocean and no other houses in site.The great room includes the kitchen, dining and living rooms with nice wood floors. The Master bedroom has wonderful teak floors, a very comfortable king-size bed and nice sitting area with TV/DVD. French doors lead to a covered lanai and the orchard beyond. The bath includes a shower and tub. The Library, which sits between the Master bedroom and the living area has a double futon couch/bed which can be used for sleeping or sitting. We also have a roll away bed if needed. The house is furnished for beauty and comfort with a wonderful mixture of antiques and island style furnishings. If you are in need of more space there is a cottage available about 225 feet away that will sleep two (3 if one is a child). There is a laundry room that is shared and an outside shower to rinse off the sand from the beach. For those who cannot leave their business or other computer activities behind we do provide high speed wireless internet access. We have a wonderful orchard with a variety of fruits that guests are welcome to pick in season including: banana, mango, lime, lemon, soursop, star apple, moya, avocados, mac nuts, papayas and grapefruit. A perfect location for quick access to 4 beaches in just a few minutes drive, including Larsen's, Kalihiwai, Anini and Kahili (Rock Quarry) beaches and Moloa'a Bay. About 12 minutes drive to wonderful, quaint Hanalei town and exquisite Hanalei Bay. Kilauea town (2 miles) has the best bakery/coffee shop on the Island and Kong Lung, a fabulous emporium of excellant taste, a well stocked health food store, deli/market, video/ice cream parlor, Kilauea Fish Market (the best wraps and meals), 2 clothing stores not to mention other fine stores.
