The villa is located on the two stunning Red Mountain and Loch Palm golf courses.
Features of the villa include a fully equipped kitchen, a plasma TV with integrated sound system, high speed wireless internet connectivity, a bar area, a private 15m swimming pool and garden furniture.
All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and there is also an additional washroom in the main building. All rooms have air conditioning as well as fan units and all linens and towels are provided.
The garden has been newly re-planted with a broad range of tropical plants and provides a very private environment where you can relax by your own pool.
The golf clubhouse and restaurant (who deliver food to the villa) as well as the first tee of the original course (there are now two full 18 hole par 72 courses on the site) is less than five minutes walk from the villa. Golf can be arranged for guests at discounted rates (Loch Palm at a 30% discount and Red Mountain at a 15% discount).
Advertised rates include cleaning services before your arrival and again upon departure, provision of all linens and towels, use of all amenities, high speed wireless internet, plasma TV, private pool etc.
Additional services can be arranged for you as required (maid services, car hire, cooking, in house massage and laundry services).
The management office is less than one minute from the villa and the staff are available to help you with any enquiries that you might have from 8am to 7pm.
The owner is also available to assist you at any time.
