It's about being near enough to enjoy the romantic views of a city as it goes through the day, from the glorious morning sun & promise of a fresh brew, to savoring a quiet evening as the day fizzles out.
Tamarind Stays is in Sentul East, an area that exudes the charm and character of the Malaysian culture. Multi racial elements of food and places of worship littering the area are perfect examples of the harmonious convergence of all things Malaysian. Sentul East captures the greenery that surrounds the area, so much so that sometimes it is easy to forget that the entire area is a mere 5km away from the bustling city center.
The Sentul area itself has managed to retain its cultural & historic identity even as it slowly renews itself. New roads & building are built side by side to age-old familiar establishments, with the nostalgic Sentul station of Keretapi Tanah Melayu (slated for much-needed refurbishment) serving as a reminder where we’ve been, and where we going…
