The house actually HAS ONLY TWO BEDROOMS. Nevertheless, within its main salla there are two traditional high risen wooden 'sleeping platforms'. As it is impossible to express same in the basic feutures displayed in this site, we took the libery to claim that the house has three bedrooms (i.e., we classified the main salla also as a bedroom). PROMOTIONS AND SPECIAL OFFERS
1) 10% discount is offered for bookings made six months in advance
2) Depending on availability, discount can be offered if a house is booked by guests totaling less than half its maximum capacity of guests. Please contact us for more information.

PAYMENTS are made by bank wire transfer or PAY PAL/CREDIT CARD under following terms / conditions:
(a)On completion of booking: 30% DEPOSIT of total cost.
(b)Forty days before the first day of the period booked: the balance of the total cost must reach “Rhodes Traditional Houses”, or the payee risks to have the booking cancelled and the deposit paid forfeited.

-Cancellation up to forty one days before the first day of the period booked: 50% of the contractual deposit will be refunded.
-All other cancellations: they will normally result in full forfeiture of the money already paid, unless otherwise mutually agreed between the parties involved.
