Our luxuriously appointed, four bedroom, three bath, oceanfront home is 3100 square feet. Big enough to sleep 14 but cozy enough for 2BEDROOMS and BATHROOMS:
On the main floor is a king size bedroom with a view of the beautiful Alsea Bay and bridge and a private deck, a TV and DVD. There is a twin bed in this room also. The bathroom has a double Jacuzzi tub and a shower with a sauna. The first upstairs bedroom has an awesome ocean view. There is a king bed, a TV and DVD, an oceanfront deck and a full bathroom which is shared with the second bedroom. The second upstairs bedroom is equipped with 2 queen beds, a TV, VCR and a twin trundle. There is a beautiful view of the Bay and bridge also. The lower level bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk bed, a TV and DVD. There is also a game room on this level with a TV, DVD and playstation II. Plus, an air-hockey table, games and puzzles. There is a futon and bedding in the game room just in case you need to spread your group out further. There is a full bathroom on this level. All of our beds have high quality mattresses with Nova foam toppers for a fabulous night's sleep. The sheets are all soft luxurious cotton in 300 Thread count or more. No scratchy blankets! Just wonderful cotton quilts, and comforters. Paper products, bath soap, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner are all supplied. GREATROOM:
The oceanview Greatroom boasts a 52 inch big screen TV. A DVD and VCR, stereo with CD player and a gas fireplace. The dining room table is big enough for 14 and there is a sitting area just for watching the surf roll in. KITCHEN:
The modern, spacious, and fully equipped kitchen is open to the greatroom. You will find everything you need whether you are preparing a snack or a gourmet family dinner. The kitchen is stocked with baggies, foil, all paper products, storage containers, pots/pans and bakeware, a great variety of utensils, coffee beans and grinder, a great selection of tea, powdered creamer, flour, sugars, spices, olive and canola oil......pretty much everything you can think of except food. There are a total of 4 decks, a BBQ gas grill, and miles of sandy beach. Yes, there is a laundry room with laundry soap. The garage can park 4 cars. THE HOT TUB IS UP AND RUNNING!
