Lakeview has two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, there is a third double bedroom and the two twin rooms share a Jack and Jill style bathroom, the fourth bathroom is conveniently located near the pool area.

The games room offers something for the child in all of us; we have a full size slate bed pool table, table tennis table, air hockey, darts, boxed games and a PS2 with games.

The pool area, which is not overlooked backs onto a lake. The pool area has been extended giving a large sun terrace for the sun worshippers amongst us, with plenty of pool furniture including sun loungers, relaxers, table, chairs and umbrella. The pool area also has child safety barriers for your peace of mind. The pool can also be lit up for those late night dips.

The large open plan kitchen is fully equipped (fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, grill (broiler), hob and coffee maker. The breakfast nook has a table and chairs, the table can be flipped to provide a games table.

There are two living areas at Lakeview; the reception room also boasts the dining room at one end. The family room overlooks the pool area.

A washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the villa. All bed linen and towels are provided.

For the younger visitors to Lakeview we have provided a stair gate for the top of the stairs, steam sterilizer, a pushchair, cot and a highchair at no extra cost.

Cumbrian Lakes is surrounded by a conservation area. A paved nature trail surrounds the main lake and people are often seen, walking, jogging or cycling here. For the lovers of nature, the sparkling lakes at Cumbrian Lakes attract local wildlife including, crane, osprey, heron and otters. The occasional bald eagle can often be seen flying overhead.
