This is Cinnamon Beach Oceanfront Condo Unit 851 in the Ocean
Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida (which is on the East Coast
of Florida - south of St. Augustine & north of Daytona Beach
Florida). This is building 8, fifth floor - end unit ( 900 Cinnamon
Beach Way, Palm Coast FL 32137 ).

The owner of this condo has one of the best condos in the Palm
Coast! As you enter the foyer you are greeted by 9-foot ceilings,
tiled floors and an interior thoughtfully planned to offer luxurious
relaxation. Head down the hall and you will get your first glimpse
of the ocean.

The huge oceanfront balcony is probably the true highlight for any
guest. With comfortable chairs and a dining area that can easily
accommodate 8, this may be the only place you dine during your
vacation.

The kitchen, with granite countertops, is a well-equipped gourmet
kitchen full of amenities. There is a breakfast nook effectively
doubling the size of the already spacious kitchen. The kitchen is
open to the living and dining rooms that have spectacular ocean
views. The dining room is ready for candle light dinners, family
gatherings or anything in between. The living room has generous
seating arranged to take advantage of the breathtaking ocean views
as well as a fully equipped entertainment center. The living room
couch also converts to a queen-size sleeper sofa (sleeps 2).

The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths are a split plan for more privacy. The
master suite off the living room has a king size bed (sleeps 2) from
which you can watch TV or enjoy panoramic ocean views. The oversized
master bath has separate his and hers vanities, a large tub, and a
separate shower stall. Back down the hallway are two comfortable
guest bedrooms, each with its own bath and generous closet space.
One guest room has a queen bed (sleeps 2). The other bedroom has two
twins (sleeps 2). Plus, the living room has a queen sleeper sofa
(sleeps 2). The unit also has a laundry room with a full-size washer
and dryer.

Our condo is located just a short walk from the 2 Cinnamon beach
pools. The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a
secluded environment overlooking the ocean and a large pool with
chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach. The livelier Lake
Clubhouse includes fitness facilities, a family pool area with a
gradual slope for kids which includes a "water play, splash zone", a
teen center, and an entertainment room, all with views of the fresh-
water lake.

Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the
Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon
