Our Beach House Villa #501 is a 2 bedroom / 2 bath villa located in a tropical garden setting on famous Treasure Cay Beach (Voted one of the top 10 most beautiful beaches by National Geographic). The villa is recently remodeled and fully furnished to sleep 6. The kitchen has new appliances with oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave and coffeemaker. The living room has sofa sleeper which can sleep 2 and a flat screen tv with dvd/vcr. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen tv and dvd/vcr and private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom, twin on top and twin trundle. This bedroom also has flat screen tv with dvd/vcr and adjacent bathroom. The villa has a deck with an outside seating area and grill. There is a shared swimming pool located 200 feet from the villa. A 4 passenger golf cart is provided for your use and is included in the rental price. Treasure Cay Resort is located across the street from the villa and has 3 restaurants, a bar, golf course, marina and tennis.

There is a $125 cleaning fee in addition to rental price. Villa is family friendly. No pets allowed. NO Smoking. Upon reserving, a 50% deposit is due. The final payment (including the $125 cleaning fee ) should be mailed so we will have it at least 4 weeks before your arrival date. In the event of a cancellation, your deposit less a $50 cancellation fee will be returned to you if 60 days notice prior to your arrival is given. If less than 60 days notice is given the refund will depend upon our ability to re-rent the house. If we do re-rent then you will receive a refund minus the $50 cancellation fee. TRANSPORTATION AND CUSTOMS: Continental Air, Vintage Props and Jet, and Yellow air taxi all service Treasure Cay from either West Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale or Miami. You can also fly into Marsh Harbour and take a taxi to Treaure Cay. You need a valid US passport or foreign visa to enter the Bahamas. There is a $15 per person departure tax.
