The adults have plenty of books to choose from to in this lend & leave library, too, so on a rainy coastal day, you can snuggy up next to the propane fireplace in the living room and enjoy a good book! Living room, dining and kitchen are part of a great room area making social time and family time easy. A gourmet cook has set up the kitchen and is complete with everything you will need to make a simple vacation meal or a fabulous sit-down dinner! There's plenty to do in Rockaway Beach and it's an easy drive from Portland, so come enjoy the train, good restaurants, gift shops, antique shopping, art galleries and an arcade for the kids! The home is located in an area where other homes are being constructed, yet the street is very quiet and in an area where you may want to enjoy a family bike ride. Be sure to bring your cell phone and charger as the home does not have a land line and you may want to call for T-Times in Manzanita or schedule a fishing trip out of Bar-View or Garibaldi! WALK TO THE BEACH: The walk is about a 5 minute stroll, all flat paved road. Beach Access is directly across Hwy 101 at the end of NW 3rd street and is very easy to get to. PLEASE NOTE: As a newly constructed home, the landscaping is not complete, so you'll want to plan your outdoor activities at the beach or the city park.
