It features a large open deck from which the red rock formations of sedona can be viewed especially cathedral rock the second most photographed rock in the United States. The indoors features a large 16ft ceiling spacious living room with windows and patio doors to match. The fully equipped kitchen is decked out in granite and cherry wood. This property has 3 bedrooms, a large jacuzzi and a giant trampoline in the backyard. The outdoors features red rock masonry. The kitchen is fully equipped as well as the beds with linen.
Sedona is a beautiful place to visit. Its known for its red rock formations which millions come to visit from all over the world. It is also a new age spiritual mecca and many people come to visit the energy vortexes. Sedona is also home to quite a few unique festivals, including Raw Spirit Festival, Sedona On The Rocks jazz fest or the nationally renowned Sedona's International Film Festival.

The property overlooks Red Rock State Park and is a 5 minute drive from Red Rock Crossing both two of the better known and popular nature attractions in Sedona. We are also a 5 minute drive from the main town where the main tourist stretch is as well as world class restaurants, golf courses, nature hiking, hot air ballooning and jeep tours. There is also a nature reserve, winter skiing and lake pleasant marina all est. a 45 min drive. The Grand Canyon is 2 hour and 30 min. away.

A 50% deposit check is due with the Rental Agreement. The 50% balance check is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made within 90-60 days before check-in will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee; within 60-30 days, less a $250 fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in will be refunded only if the home is rented again within the same time period. Management shall make every effort to re-rent the premises in this event.
Sidenote: We also have a condo that sleeps 6 to 8 in scottsdale a spot that many people come from to visit sedona that is available to rent.
