Our apartment has one master bedroom with a queen bed and Alarm Clock and another two rooms one with a queen bed and the another room with one bed. All the beds are Linen Provided with polar blanquet and duvets. The main room has Jacuzzi in the bathroom. All the rooms have wide closets with great clothing space! There is a comfortable living room and a dining table fit for six people. Count with cable TV, a DVD player, stereo, prepaid phone and high speed 400 Wi-Fi Internet. There is also an incoming telephone line for your comfort to receive phone calls and you can make calls (local and long distance) too buying affordable prepaid cards. The kitchen serviced for up to six people, and is equipped with all the utensils and electrical appliances that you may need. Electrical kitchen, micro wave, refrigerator, blender, waflera, Coffee Maker, Boiled electrical, toaster. Complete game of china for 6 persons with salad bowls and service of tea. Glasses of wine and glasses of beer.
The apartments have two full bathrooms additional to the one in the main bedroom. At the laundry room you’ll find a washing machine, clothes dryer, water heater, iron, iron table and a place to hang your clothes.
The building has security all day and night and a person who clean the building.
Near the apartment you will find the most modern shopping center of the country, called “Larcomar”.In this center are many exclusive boutiques with world-wide known brands, and exquisite jewelry stores with the unique designs made from Peru’s gold and silver of excellence. Not only that, but there are many restaurants, pubs, theaters, bowling alleys, nightclubs, and arcades for the kids. One can also enjoy the different activities and events that occur on a daily basis in this shopping center, which by the way, has a magnificent view of the beaches of Lima.
There are artesanias, where one can appreciate the artisans craftsmanship, offering their variety of fine products from alpaca, jewelry, to carved-wood pieces, etc. In summary, you will enjoy of the rich, diverse and native Peruvian artistry. In Miraflores there are a variety of restaurants for all kinds of different tastes and pockets. If you are looking for adventure in the sea or in the air, you are five minutes away by foot from the beach coast where there are excellent waves for surfing! At the same distance, parasailing is
available to you with professional instructors. Also you can visit “Parque del Amor” (Love Park), here you can visit the giant sculpture by the recognized Peruvian sculptor, Victor Delfin, “El Beso” (The Kiss). This place has become famous where the engaged couples are known to parade through the park on the way to the church and take memorable photos. If you like to walk at night, the “Parque Kennedy” (Kennedy Park) is only five blocks away, where each weekend, the municipality of Miraflores holds several different spectacles with national music, starting at 6pm. Here, one can also find the hippies every weekend, selling their products, such as leather purses made by hand, wood pieces, wool sweaters, bijouterie, and a number of other products at really great prices, including antiques. Several artists also expose their artwork, frames, and sculptures there. Peru in Miraflores will be an unforgettable experience!
