Perfect location, 2 bedroom 1.5 bath, privately owned condo on the beach in Puerto Morelos Mexico. Puerto Morelos is a quiet fishing town 20 minutes south of Cancun and 20 minutes north of Playa del Carmen. Right on the reef and a 5 minute walk to the town square.

The beach is beautiful white sand and one of the closest points on the coast to the reef. The people of Puerto Morelos had the reef declared a national park for preservation. The town has great restaurants, a bookstore, a lively square, tortillaria, craft market, a church and more than a dozen shops.

We have a wonderful bilingual manager on site who greets our guests and manages the housekeeping. Our unit is well stocked for a great vacation: masks, fins, snorkels, garlic press, salad spinner, beach umbrella etc. There are also palapa covered patios around the pool and grounds.

April through November $800
December and January - $1100 (Christmas and New Years Weeks $1700)
February - $1500
March $1200

We had a wonderful time and your condo was just fabulous! It was more of a home than a rental and we really appreciated the effort you have put into it. The changes in the layout (kitchen and bath) were great improvements. We especially enjoyed the notebook with all the helpful hints. I would say that this is the best and most complete condo that we have rented and will do so again. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. Our vacation would not have been the same! This is my fourth time to Cancun and by far the best time I’ve had. Puerto Morelos is the perfect place to unwind and relax. Restaurants, bars, internet access & convenience stores are a short walk away.

We didn’t use the swimming pool only because our other choice was the beach! The beach is gorgeous so countless hours were spent sunbathing, swimming & playing frizbee… oh yeah and drinking Mexico’s best beers. The beach chairs & cooler were very useful. The house is well equipped & the directions in the binder were useful.

Your unit is well stocked and the location is excellent. We have been homeless travelers for nearly two years now and have stayed in a number of vacation rentals around the country and in Europe so we have many to compare yours with and found that yours was everything that we hope to find in a vacation rental and we easily felt comfortable there.

We traveled to Puerto Morelos mainly to attend a family wedding at the El Dorado Royale resort. We spent a day at the Resort visiting our relatives and another day there for the wedding. The resort had beautiful swimming pools but was so detached from the local culture that we felt fortunate to be staying in Puerto Morelos. ;

We had a great time in Puerto Morelos. The accommodation was ideal and the location was perfect. It took us a few days to get into the pace of PM life, but we all felt very relaxed and at home once we did. I think we looked like we belonged there because people were asking us for directions and recommendations. Your advice about local attractions was very helpful; I wish we had a longer vacation in order to more fully explore the possibilities.

I will not hesitate to recommend your accommodation to friends (not too many though, because I think PM should remain a well kept secret).
