Just a quick drive to the beach, less than 3 minutes, where you'll find miles and miles of sandy beaches to explore! This home is as cute as a button, with the main living level downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. Efficiency design to optimize your family vacations and perfect for the couple on a honeymoon! Living room, kitchen, dining area and a bath with a large walk-in shower are all on the main floor. Kitchen is all set with everything you'll need to cook up your vacation-meal favorites! Or if you prefer, there are many good restaurants right in Rockaway! First bedroom upstairs has two twin beds. The other two bedrooms both have queen size beds. Hall bath for the three bedrooms to share includes a tub/shower combination. Laundry with new washer and dryer makes extended stays easy to accomplish! Located very close to Sand Box #2, these two homes are "twins" of each other and make it a great spot for two families vacationing together! Please note: Bring your cell phone with you to the home, as there is no landline telephone.
