Welcome to Capul Island, a hidden gem that is not known to the outside world. It is an island unlike the rest of the Philippines, where life is slower and the people are real. We have no cars on our island and you have to get there by boat (it's a big one), we also have no traffic, pollution, or malls, and if you are looking for night life this isn't the place for you. If you want to rest and relax go for walks on miles of beaches, snorkel (we have beautiful coral gardens right off our white sand beach, as well as a wreck) There are 2 caves to explore on the other side of the island as well as WW 2 Japanese war bunkers located at the historical Light House, and also the oldest Church in the Visayas, and a Watch Tower that is over 400 years old.

Take an airplane (Asian Spirit) from Manila Domestic airport (Tues.-Thurs.- Sat. at 6AM) to Catarman, the plane arrives in Catarman at 7AM, take a tricycle to the Jollibee restaurant. Take the special Capul Jeepney that is parked along side the restaurant (it leaves at 10:30AM)and takes you to Allen (about 1 Hr.),it will drop you right at the boat to Capul. When you get to Capul (1 hour later), tell the motorcycle driver you want to go to the White House. We have 2 caretakers there that will greet you (we pay their wages) but tips are appreciated. If maids are required they are avaliable in town. People use their cell phone and hook it up to their laptop for internet it's slow but cheap P30/Hr. Our Phone # in Canada is 1-780-461-0095
