Here at La Treille Gites we have 3 separate gites available, each accommodating between 2-6, 2-5 & 2-3 persons individually or a group of up to 14 persons. Brand new for 2008!
Gite 2 - Le Tournesol (SLEEPS 2-5 + cot) Our 2nd Gite 'Le Tournesol' has finally been built and renovated also within the Old Tabacco Barn. It occupies 2 floors The ground floor is an open plan design comprising fully fitted kitchen and dining area, lounge/TV area and separate WC. The galley style kitchen is equipped with all mod cons including: cooker (gas hob & electric oven), dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, all utensils, crockery and cutlery. A childs high chair can be provided if needed! The dining area has a table and 6 chairs, and looks out through large french doors, onto your own private patio and lawns. On the patio there is further seating for up to 6 people, parasols and sun awning and barbacue equipement. All of course situated for you to enjoy one of the best views in the Dordogne. In the lounge area, there is a modern corner suite (converts to bed settee), 3 seater sofa and matching armchair. TV (receives UK Sky freeview channels), DVD player, large coffee table. There are also a large collection of DVD movies available, a PS2 game console and games, a good selection of board games and lots of tourist information brochures for your enjoyment. On the 1st floor are 2 en-suit bedrooms, one double and one triple.
The 1st bedroom is equipped with double bed, bedside tables and lamps, chester drawers and double wardrobe.
The en-suit bathroom is equipped with large corner hydro-shower, sink, wc, bathroom cabinet with shaving point and vanity cabinet.
The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a single, bedside tables and lamps, chester drawers and large 4 door wardrobe. There is also a babies cot set-up in this bedroom.
The en-suit bathroom is equipped with full size bath and overhead shower, sink, wc, bathroom cabinet with shaving point and vanity cabinet. All linen and towels are provided (except for beach towels).
The Gite is also fitted out with electric radiators.
There is ample secure parking space within the grounds. NB There is a washing machine, iron and laundry items in a separate Utility room.
