located in the resort of Waterville Estates. Brand new home built
and furnished in 2004. Three floors of living space, tree top decks
with seasonal mountain views, open concept with cathedral ceilings
and lots of glass. Come and pamper your self in luxury! Private,
outside hot tub, big screen tv, home theatre, movie library (VHS/DVD)
and Playstation. Have dinner on the deck and listen to the brook as
it rushes by just below the house. Bedrooms are set as #1 master suite with a queen size bed with #2 an adjoining room set up with a daybed and trundle. This room is great for families with young children that need to be close to parents. This room may also be closed off from the master suite and used as a separate bedroom for adults. Bedroom #3 has a queen and bedroom #4 has two singles. Family room has pullout sectional sofa that sleeps 2. Beds are made up with soft sheets, vellux blankets, cozy quilts and comforters. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker etc. Walk 1/4 mile to the recreation center with multiple pools and
amenities.
