This vast two-storey apartment in the center of the little town of Gustavia overlooks the harbour and allows a village life with all shops and boutiques, at a 5 minutes walking distance from beautiful Shell beach. The place offers all the comfort, in a little condo, on the 2 top floors, with a view on three sides. Downstairs, the living-room has a comfortable sofa and armchairs and a round table for meals, the kitchen separated by a bar is big and fully equiped, the batroom has a bath tube, and there is a vast balcony. The top floor in mezzanine contains two double-beds, one on each side of the 8-meter long room. The style is French and homely. I lived there with my son for 6 years, very happily, as the place is so pleasant to live in, before moving to Paris. It is now available for short- or mid-term rentals all year-long, as we only use it during August. Enjoy!
