Description:
Clifford House is a three bedroom, Victorian period farmhouse with an attached two bedroom apartment on three and a half acres near the picturesque fishing village of South Bristol. The property is on Clifford's Cove on Rutherford Island at the mouth of the Damariscotta River. The Island is connected to the mainland by a short bridge. Clifford’s Cove is one-quarter mile from open ocean.

Clifford House has a screened porch, a spacious yard with plenty of room for volleyball and croquet. There are wonderful views of the water from both the house and apartment. Use of the dock and float are included. Christmas Cove is a five to ten minute walk from the property. Boothbay Harbor and Pemaquid Point are nearby.

A two-room cottage on the property is also available at an additional charge.
