Notes:
1. A deposit equivalent to the first nights rate is due upon booking the reservation. The full balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
2. Reservations without deposit within 5 days of booking will be cancelled.
3. Reservations made within 45 days of arrival must be paid in full at time of booking.
4. The first nights deposit is non-refundable. If the reservation is cancelled 14 days or less, prior to the date of arrival, full payment will be forfeited.
5. Key service and condo information will be sent approximately 2 weeks prior to arrival.
6. Local calls in Whistler are complimentary. Any long distance calls must be billed to a credit card.
7. No pets, no smoking allowed in the condo.
8. Daily housekeeping not available. Free mid-week linen change for stays of 5 nights or more.
9. Check in time is 4 pm. Check out time is 10:30 am.
10. If arriving after 10 pm, arrangements must be made for late arrival key service.
