The main entrance situated on the land side of the villa is reached by a patio.
Parking is possible either in a carport in front of this patio or in a lower level (2-3 car) garage.
Both the living room and kitchen are overlooking the ocean.
The living room has a large dining area but also allows intimate seating around a cosy fireplace.
A separate television annex playroom is found adjacent to the living room. includes: videogames, table football, large lcd tv plus dvd's, children's books, drawing materials and plenty of games etc.
Access to a large partly covered ocean side terrace is granted from both living and television room.
The large romantic kitchen is fully equipped.

BEDROOMS:

Villa dos Piscos contains six comfortable twin bedrooms ( boxspring matrasses) each with adjacent private bathrooms.
Each room has both a ceiling fan and air conditioning but can also be used for heating if necessary.
Two of the four ground floor bedrooms have direct access to a patio. One of the bedrooms/bathrooms was designed for use by a wheelchair bound guests.(raised toilet, seat in shower area, supports).
A guest toilet is also found on the ground floor.
The two large master bedrooms on the first floor give access to a very large private ocean side terrace with fabulous view of garden, pool, nature reserve and in the background the blue Atlantic Ocean.

LOCATION:

Villa dos Piscos is situated between the villages Sesmarias (2 km), Lagoa (8 km) and PRAIA DO CARVOEIRO (3 km) in the southern most province of Portugal the Algarve.
Distance to the international airport of Faro approximates 50 km.

The tennis club of Carvoeiro is on walking distance while the well known Pestana Golf Resort containing two 18-hole courses (Gramacho and Vale da Pinta) is only 3 km away and another 25 golf course within a hour's drive.
In the direct area several beaches are accessible, the small coved beach of Vale de Lappa being within a 10 minute walking distance

GARDEN:

The villa and pool are surrounded by a romantic and partly rocky garden with access ( by private gate) to the cliff top nature area allowing for beautiful hikes or mountain bike rides along the coast.

A TABLE TENNIS table is also available, can either been used in the large cave/garage or outside on the lawn.

The BARBEQUE is situated in a corner of the garden, so easy access to all the terraces on every level.

POOL:

The lower terrace has a large (13x6 meter, 1.50m.deep)) salt filtered swimming pool. Due to an edge overflow system ocean view from the pool is warranted. The pool has a salt water cleaning system ( no chlorine, no skin irritation)
Although not necessary during the summer season,the pool may be heated off season. ( extra £ 150 p/w)
