-Drive 30-45 minutes to house, due west of Lisbon, you pass near Sintra town and 15 km away you arrive to Colares village. Sports:

Watersports: surf, bodyboard, windsurf, fishing,...in Praia Grande beach(2Km away), always in the last week of August, we have the World Surf and Bodyboard Championat.

- Historic Lisbon town is one of the wonderful European towns, located between two marvellous rivers(TEJO and SADO), with 8 centuries of reach history, with art galleries, Palaces and festivals
-the famous "FADO music" and the "Portuguese HORSE BULLFIGHTS with the "Pegas de forcados", are Portuguese partys you can not loose.
-Cascais town(15 km away from the villa), is one old seaside village, plenty of wonderful beaches(Guincho,...), marinas(Marina de Cascais), restaurants and shoppings. The Sintra Coast:
-sandy beaches galore all along the coast nearby
-Many superb seafood and good restaurants. You have many seaside villages nearby(Almoçagema, Praia das Maçãs, Azenhas do Mar, Magoito, Ericeira, Mafra,...)
-Pena Sintra Palace on the top of the Sintra mountains was the summer residence of the Portuguese Kings.
-A lot of other Palaces(Sintra vilage Palace, Regaleira Palace, Monserrate Palace,...), old churches, the 9th century Moorish Castle and the Art Deco Museum are some locals recomended to visit.
-Cabo da Roca(a cape near the sea) is the western point of Europe Continent and is 10 Km away from the villa.
-Unusually, ther are many fabulous walks also nearby, both along the coastal clifftops and in the mountain and on the hilltop of Sintra. Colares Village:
-two Mini-market("Pomarinho" and "Cidália"), some good restaurants("Central",...), several banks are 50 meters away from the villa, so you can buy all the kind of food you need, by walking, without having a car.
-Colares is famous for its wine, and the viniculture cellars and facilities can be visited, 50 metres away from the villa, in ADEGA REGIONAL DE COLARES.

Banzão house is a small villa in one ground floor living area, with one outside rear dining room, under two tents with lights, surrounded by one beautifull creaper and flowers.
There are parking facilities for 4-5 cars in the privat pine nut, located in front the house.
Portugal is hot in the summer ... but the Banzão Villa is cooler in the evening as it is on a hillside and gets the light sea breeze ... so you have the best of both worlds: hot sun but also shade in the daytime but not too hot to sleep at night.

Rental is from Saturday to Saturday.
Electricity, water and gas costs are included in rental price.
The house is cleaned before arrivals and the garden is maintained. A maid comes one time a week (included in price).
Full fee is payable in advance. A non-returnable deposit is required to secure booking confirmation. A returnable damage deposit is also required.
Special rates apply for Easter, Christmas, New Year and UK half terms. Conditions:
Guest clients are advised to book their own travel and holiday insurance.
