At De Real Macaw, we offer luxury for less. Our new, large rooms offer daily maid service, refrigerator, coffee maker, ceiling fan, private bath with hot/cold “treated” water, air conditioning, and cable TV. Our units each have their own porch with hammocks and Adirondack chairs. Come and relax in our courtyard and feel the cool Caribbean breeze as you enjoy the spectacular view of the sea and barrier reef.

For those guests bringing their own computer, PDA, etc, wireless DSL access is included in all of our units.

Our Beachfront rooms rent for $76.30 US/night/room (w/tax). They are furnished with a queen and single bed in each room, and are air-conditioned.

We also have some Beachview rooms. They are furnished with a queen and single bed and are air-conditioned. The rooms are priced at $65.40 US/night (w/tax).

Our cabana style rooms (funky building on our web site made of primenta sticks are priced at $54.50 US/night/room (w/tax) and $59.95 US /night (w/tax) for the upper room. The cabana style rooms are not air-conditioned but have a floor and ceiling fan. The cabana rooms have a single and double bunk bed in each room.

All of the above units have private baths, porches with hammocks and a secure storage for your valuables. They also have a refrigerator with an ice maker. A coffee maker and satellite cable TV is also provided. All of these rooms have a view of the sea as our property is beach front.

A room with a courtyard view is also available. This room is designed for the budget traveler requiring fewer amenities. It sleeps up to two people. This room has a private bath, satellite TV, ceiling/floor fan, coffee maker, secure storage for your valuables and a single bunk bed. This is a very small room with No porch (you can use hammocks in courtyard). It rents for $21.80 US/night (w/tax).

Our fully furnished two-bedroom Condominium and Beachfront house provides all the amenities to make De Real Macaw your home away from home. The kitchen comes equipped with a full-sized stove, refrigerator and microwave. The living room has satellite cable TV and a telephone (prepaid phone card necessary). A washing machine is also available in the units. The two bedrooms have either a queen-sized or double and single bunk bed. The living room has a futon (double), accommodating up to six people total. Both residences are located on the second floor with magnificent views of the sea. They are kept cool with air-conditioning or ceiling, floor fans and continual ocean breezes. The unit is self-catering, and requires a 2-day minimum stay. This Condo rents for $141.70 US/night (w/tax). The beachfront house with ac only in the master bedroom, rents for $130.80 US/night (w/tax).

We have recently opened Macaw Apartments. These are in a different location than the hotel and are in the down-town area. They are fully furnished 1-bedroom apartments and are designed for two people.. These apartments have a separate bedroom with either a queen bed or a double/single combination bunk bed, cable TV, private bath w/hot & cold, kitchen with stove, sink, refrigerator, pots & pans, dishes, living room, porch. They are situated on the 3rd floor of the building and have a perfect view of the sunset! They rent on a weekly basis for $272.50 US (w./tax) without a/c and $381.50 US (w/tax) with a/c. Long-term rentals are discounted. They are self-catering /cleaning.
