This 4000 sq.ft 5-bedroom, 5-bath villa is just steps away from one of the island's premier snorkeling areas/national parks (Smith’s Reef), and is also just a 10-minute walk to Turtle Cove Marina, home to restaurants, shopping, fishing & diving excursions.Turtle Beach House is casual yet well-appointed, & includes all modern amenities. The upstairs (main level) consists of a great room with fully-equipped kitchen, living room/dining area, & master bedroom suite consisting of a king bed, ensuite bathroom (with large sunken outdoor shower) & excellent ocean views. The interior of this upper level wraps around the deck & pool area to provide magnificent views. The pool provides privacy & offers a 360-degree panorama of the skyline, with both sunrises and sunsets. On the ground level below the villa are 4 additional bedrooms (2 kings & 2 sets of twins that can be pushed together to form kings), each with ensuite bathroom & sunken shower, and outside entrances opening onto a small corridor (views are minimal from these bedrooms). This level accesses the upper (main) floor via either of 2 exterior staircases (NOTE: these ground-floor bedrooms are not suitable for small kids due to outside access, and, due to their location below the villa without view, are better suited for teens rather than full-paying adult couples.) Turtle Beach's bedrooms all have optional A/C, metered to discourage excessive use with doors & windows open, and not costly if used sensibly (no charge for the 1st $150 of use per week, further usage @ $.28 per kilowatt hour). PLEASE NOTE: Turtle Beach allows a maximum of 10 persons, with no provision for extra rollaways or extra people (regardless of age).
