Sandstone is a 2-acre property on the island of Provo, with 275' of white sandy beach frontage on the quiet residential western end of Grace Bay Beach. Smith's Reef - famous for snorkeling - is directly in front of Sandstone, and excellent swimming access is an easy 5-minute stroll down the beach.The villa is comfortably furnished, with cool Italian tile floors throughout and amenities such as a well-equipped kitchen with semicircular breakfast bar, gas BBQ grill & washer/dryer. The main upper level features an open-plan great room, with glass sliders opening to the fantastic views. At opposite ends of this level are 2 large air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bath & 33-channel Cable TV. Both bedrooms open onto the wraparound deck with beautiful views. Sandstone's ground level has 3 smaller bedrooms (2 of which interconnect), each with outside entrance, ensuite bath, & 33-channel Cable TV. With minimal views, but enjoying easy access to the path to the beach, these rooms connect with the upper (main) level via an exterior staircase only. Please bear this in mind if traveling with young children or full-paying adults, as these rooms lack the suitability of the 2 upper bedrooms. Sandstone features numerous decks for relaxing & enjoying the spectacular Provo sunrises & sunsets. Best of all, listen to the waves lap right at your feet as you experience the soothing ambience of this vacation retreat. A lovely pool & gazebo completes your total vacation. A short walk from the villa leads to Turtle Cove, where you'll find 6 restaurants, in addition to dive operations, fishing charters, shopping, and various activities centered around Turtle Cove Marina & Yacht Club. A/C is metered to discourage use with the doors & windows open, and not costly if used sensibly. Additionally there is no charge for the first $150 of use per week - usage beyond that is charged at 28 cents per kilowatt hour. A 14-NIGHT MINIMUM over Christmas/New Years.
