'Falling Water' is located on Reeder Creek with a one minute walk through the woods to a beautiful sandy beach on pristine Priest Lake in northern Idaho. The sound of the creek, which runs within a few feet of the cabin, provides a constant background of music. This gorgeous post and beam cabin was built five years ago to the highest standards. It has a great room with a 26 foot cathedral ceiling and an enormous stone fireplace. All of the rooms have pine tongue and groove ceilings, creating a cozy warmth throughout the cabin. The kitchen and all bathrooms have granite counters and slate floors. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a separate laundry area. Outside the living area is an enormous deck with lounge chairs and barbeque. Twelve can dine comfortably at the custom built tables either inside or on the deck, with additional seating at the kitchen island. The main floor queen sized bedroom and bathroom are wheelchair accessible, as is the rest of the main floor and deck. There is a second bedroom on the main floor with 2 full size single beds. On the upper floor is the master bedroom which has a cathedral ceiling and private deck, as well as another bedroom with queen sized bed and two bedrooms with 2 full size single beds in each. There are two bathrooms on the upper floor. Two of the upper bedrooms share a balcony onto the great room. Additional children or young adults can be accommodated in several of the bedrooms. 'Falling Water' is a beautiful private home in an exceptional location, offering luxurious and spacious family accommodation for all seasons. This cabin has a fireplace, charcoal barbeque, refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, garbage disposal, cooking utensils and full service china and glassware for 12, high quality bed and bath linens for 12, washer and dryer, generator, wheelchair accessibility, phone, TV, VCR, DVD, stereo, CD player, ample parking and fire pit beside the lake. It is located within an easy walk of Elkins Resort which has an award winning restaurant, live music in the bar, store, climbing frame/slide/swings, beach volleyball court and marina with boat mooring and water sports rentals within a 2 minute walk.

There is a $1000 deposit minimum required for each rental, to be paid at the time the booking is made. This deposit is in addition to the full rental amount which is due for summer rentals by February 1st. In the case of a cancellation of a summer rental, a full refund is possible prior to March 1st, after which the security deposit is retained. After April 1st, the security deposit and 1/3 of the rental will be retained. After May 1st, the full rental amount will be retained, and the security deposit will be refunded.
