Your contract will be assignable with the Symphony Land Trust with the approval of the assignee of the Symphony Land Trust. If the cancellation occurs within less than thirty (30) days of the Check-In Date and the Owner is unable to re-market prior to the Renter’s Check-In Date, the Renter will be liable for fifty (50%) percent of the rental costs.
