PUERTO BANUS is the most loved resort in Spain.

All manner of water sports are available on the blue flag beaches adjacent to the port which hosts splendid facilities for boaters, fishing and sea sports enthusiasts. Plenty of entertainment is available for all the family. As well as a multi-cinema complex, bowling alley, art galleries, world famous designers’ boutiques, beauty centres and department store. Water and Amusement parks and the best safari/zoo in Spain are within 20 minutes drive away. Leisure activities include biking, horse back riding, sea world, and dolphin excursions.

Every Saturday morning there is a popular street market at Puerto Banus bullring.

Day trips to Morocco, Gibraltar, historical Granada, Sevilla, Cordoba and Spanish Andalucia quaint White Mountain villages are available. The new Picasso museum in Malaga was recently opened by the King & Queen of Spain and is well worth a visit.
Costa Del Golf
The alternative known name for the Costa Del Sol is the Costa Del Golf. Within the length of this cost, there are over fifty golf courses for all tastes, styles, budgets and facilities. There are the challenging and the less challenging. You would be completely spoilt for choice.
Some courses are hilly and the others flat park land courses with shady trees. The golf clubs are available for any one to enter and play and to use all their facilities without membership restrictions but on daily entrance fees for about 40 Euro for 18 holes..
The golf clubs offers eating, drinking and relaxing areas in the club houses, buggies, and all your needs to rent or buy from their shops.
The courses are normally much less crowded than would be expected and of good value.
The area boasts some of the best golf courses in Europe including, but not limited to the Valderama course which hosted the 1997 Ryder Cup and the American Express Match Play Championships,

50% balance to be 4 weeks before arrival

Breakages/Security Deposit
A deposit of £250 is taken to cover any breakages, damage to property, lost keys, etc. This will be refunded to you after inspection within maximum three days after departure by cheque on a UK bank or transfer. The deposit is expected to be paid with the last payment for rent. This to payable with the last payment.
Cancellation Policy
10% is charged if cancelled up to 4 weeks before arrival.
50% is charged if cancelled within 4 weeks from arrival date.
75% is charged if cancelled within 2 weeks from arrival date.
100% charged if cancelled up to 1 week before arrival date.
(Deposit retained whenever cancelled)
