The villa has a U form, bedrooms are located along the sides, and in the center, the lounge and the swimming pool. The villa has a capacity for 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms incorporated into each of the rooms. The master bedroom has approx. 42 m² and a bathroom of aprox. 20 m². They all have a/c, fan and safety box. The other 2 bedrooms have approx. 30 m² and the baths 13 m². Two of the bedrooms have a king size beds with four poster, and the third one has two full size beds . 3 baths with bathtub and shower and are opened to the sky.
The lounge, with 4 a/c machines and 3 fan along the roof, is divided in 3 areas: 1. TV's area, with a big sofa 3 m long and 1,20 cm width,
with a 42 inches plasma TV + DVD.
2. Chillout area, with 4 sofas and stereo with IPod´s connection.
3. Dining room area for 10 people. The kitchen is wide and opened to the lounge. It is completely furnished and full equipped. The villa has an area for the staff and another one for the security guard.
The swimming pool has 6 sun benches and an parasol, as well as a chillout area with a mosquito net. SERVICES & FACILITIES Transfer service from and to the airport included in the rate.
Welcome drink. Housekeeping services 6 days a week (Sunday is the free day for the staff, not for the security guard). Sheets and towels will be change 2 days per week. The villa has beach towels for the clients. The villa has 2 people in charge of the housekeeping, an experienced cook, a person for maintenance of the house and the garden, another person in charge of the swimming pool maintenance and a security guard every night and Sunday 24 hours. The kitchen is fully equipped, with all kind of domestic household and electro domestic (refrigerator, oven, microwave, bell extractor hood, coffeemaker, mixer, toaster, dispenser of cold and warm water ….) Mineral water free during the whole stay. Air conditioning and fan in all the rooms and in the lounge. A 42 inches TV plasma with satellite connection(36 international channels), DVD and stereo with I-Pod connection. Hair dryer in each bathroom. All bedrooms have safety boxes, electronic repellent devices for mosquitoes (not included product) and umbrellas. The villa has parking for one car and two motorcycles. Laundry service, massages, babysitter, motorcycle rental (car not recommended) and driver. All under request, not included. Baby coat is available.
