Once inside you will find a sub-zero refrigerator with icemaker, granite counters, Italian tile throughout, a walk-in tile shower, pillowtop queen size bed, two ceiling fans, 27" tv with VCR and tapes for your viewing, CD play with Hawaiian music to be enjoyed, beach chairs and towels, iron/ironing board, hair dryer. A $300.00 deposit is required to confirm your dates with the balance due 60 days prior to your arrival at the unit. A $250.00 security deposit is required and will be refunded within 14 days of your departure depending on condition of unit at check-out.
