Villa Hubert is an elegant and comfortable home, with a large and lush garden. It is beautifully situated on a hill, in a quiet residential area, between Nice and Cagnes-sur-Mer. It has an organic shape swimming-pool and a poolhouse. The house has three double bedrooms and a separate studio apartment, sleeping two. The master bedroom has a terrace with a view over the coastline, and an adjacent bathroom. The two other bedrooms, each with a double bed, share the second bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a living-room with an open fireplace, a dining-room, a guest toilet, and an open kitchen. All along the house, there is a shaded terrace, with a dining table. The pool and the garden are regularly looked after. Two cars - or more - can be parked within the locked gates. The beach, and Nice airport, are about a 15 minutes drive away
