This area is very quiet and relaxing day and night. The house is located on a peaceful street. During low tide there is about eight feet of beach in front of the bulkhead. During high tide the water will lap against the bulkhead wall and create a soothing sound. At night this is a prime location for star gazing. The light pollution is minimal and the stars are amazing. This recently remodeled home located at the very top of the Chesapeake Bay on the North East River, is a two bedroom, one bathroom, waterfront house. It has all you and your family will need for a great vacation. Bring your boat, fishing gear, canoe, kayak, wave runner, or any other water toy you would like. We have a mooring line to keep your boat stationary and easy water access. There is a boat ramp located along side of the house. A paddle boat is available for your use. So come and relax by the water and forget about your everyday routine.

Carpenters Point, Maryland, USA (Forty-five minutes North of Baltimore, 1 Hour South of Philadelphia) Accommodations: Cottage is over 800 square feet. It has 2 Bedrooms - 1 Full Bath - (Sleeps up to 8) Full size bed in bedroom (antique bed from the late 1700- early 1800's), Bunk beds in 2nd Bedroom, Private Porch Bedroom with full size bed with Tempur-Pedic mattress. Living room has full size pull out sofa. The Galley kitchen is well set up to entertain a family. If you are not into doing much cooking the towns of North East, Charlestown, and Perryville are very close with lots of great restaurants for eating in or taking out. The house is located just minutes off of Route 40, one hour south of Philadelphia Pennsylvania and forty-five minutes north of Baltimore Maryland. The area offers much in antique shopping, museums and fine dining by boat or vehicle. Just bring your clothes, linens, and food the house has all the rest you will need for a great vacation.
