The flat is placed in the middle of Atrani, a small characteristic village on the Amalfi Coast, only 200 metres far from Amalfi, & it has got a wonderful position due to its place between the main Square of the village and the beach. It is placed in a first ‘900’s building that has been restored in 2006, and is full of all comforts. Thanks to its position the guests will have a relaxing stay, choosing easily between an amazing meeting at the bar in the gorgeous square and a relaxing walk along the beach; and in the evening it is also possible to listen to the romantic sea. The balcony looks out directly on the beach and permits a wonderful candle-light lunch both in the summertime than during wintertime because it is placed between the arches that hold the main road & that represent a typical aesthetic characteristic of the country. In springtime and summertime guests can also make wonderful trips among the paths of Monti Lattari, or walk through several coloured natural corners.Atrani, this little town is situated near Amalfi, which is divided to the 'Aureo Mountain'. It had the same historical destiny of Amalfi Republic. The town Atrani is located just 700 meters away from the famous Amalfi. Atrani was founded by the ancient Roman aristocracy, & became the wealthy residence of the most powerful families of Amalfi. Atrani, today, maintains it's distinct fishermen's town atmosphere. The main entrance to the town starts from the beach, & from there, the traditional houses climb up the steep mountain valley, intertwined with gardens, & vibrant lemon terraces. Atrani is away from traffic, & confusion (even in summer), because it only opens to its beach, & sea. This is probably the secret of its pleasant square, recently preferred by some connoisseurs' to the famous square of Capri.A few bars have opened in the last couple of years making Atrani's square the place to meet, chat, & learn about different cultures. The panorama of Atrani is very suggestive.

All prices for week are applied for a maximum of 4 persons, each over you'll pay €30 P/W.
Methods of payment For the definitive confirmation of the reservation, the payment of one third (1/3) of the total amount of the stay is required in advance, by wire transfer on my bank account. The balance will be paid on arrival. CANCELLATION POLICY: If You decide not to come here anymore, an eventual reimbursement of one third (1/3) of the whole sum of the rental is provided if the letter of renunciation for the stay (by e-mail or fax) will be sent within the 45° day before the beginning of the holiday. No reimbursement will be given back to those clients who don't arrive, without any notification. In case You interrupt Your holiday after its beginning for any reason, no reimbursement (100% of the sum) will be given back.
