Condo is located on one of the most prestigious areas of Lake Tahoe on the north shore. Lake Tahoe is a crystal clear mountain lake surrounded by the Sierra Nevada mountain range. The elevation of the lake is 6300 feet. Incline Village is centrally located between Reno and South Lake Tahoe. In the summer you can walk to two private beaches as our guests of the condo. One of the beaches has a pool and kiddie pool. In the winter you are less than one mile to the Diamond Peak Ski Resort and within 30 minutes to many other ski resorts such as Northstar, Squaw Valley, Mt. Rose, Alpine Meadows, etc. You are just a few blocks from the Hyatt Regency Resort and Casino and many fine restaurants. The condo consists of one master bedroom with private bath on the first level as well as the livingroom and kitchen. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The sofa in the livingroom makes into a queen. Upstairs are two more bedrooms (one with two twins and one with a queen). There is one more bath upstairs and washer/dryer. Condo has fully equipped kitchen and all linen is provided. There are tvs/dvd/vcr/cd players. Condo has WIFI or ethernet connection. Pets are not allowed. Condo is a non-smoking unit. Complex has a pool and indoor jacuzzi.
