BOOKABLE DIRECT WITH THE OWNER Set in a lovely hamlet, this pretty house typically Périgordine in style and its guests house are ideal for 4 up to 8 guests. THE TWO HOUSES ARE PRIVATE FROM EACH OTHER AND CAN BE LET SEPARATELY OR TOGETHER. THE MAIN HOUSE comprises:
- a large living area with an opened well equipped kitchen, table and chairs to seat, armchairs and TV to relax.
- a large double bedroom with french windows overlooking the garden - a second bedroom with two single beds
- a titled shower room with toilets. Next there is a large "summer kitchen" with a washing machine. The house has been newly refurnished to create a comfortable home ideal for a restful holiday. THE GUESTS HOUSE offers :
- another large living area, with an opened fireplace, table and chairs to seat, armchairs. There is also a double bed and a sofa bed to welcome a further guests.
- a separated kitchen well equiped
- a large bathroom with a bath and toilets But it is outside where you will probably prefer to spent most of your time, eating under the covered terraces, both equiped with a BBQ, or relaxing on the sunny garden.
LESPINASSE is only 5kms from the bustling market town of Les Eyzies and about the same distance from Marquay. It is therefore ideally situated for exploring this beautiful region and sampling the local specialities in the many excellent restaurants nearby. Bergerac airport is 45min drive only and the many Chateaux and Bastide towns of the Dordogne are all within a short drive.
Linen and towels can be hired localy (12€/bed ; 6€/person for towels) Final day cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost (80€ for the house ; 50€ for the cottage)
