Peaksview Chalet - Home Rental Listing Details

The Chalet has a panoramic view of the ski resort on a 1 acre very private wooded location. A new 9 hole golf course and driving range are within walking distance from the chalet.
Our Chalet is a year round dwelling (not a cottage) and is equipped with electric heating. Remote controlled fans in each bedroom and main floor keep comfort levels in summer. We also have smoke detectors on each level and a carbon monoxide detector upstairs.

The chalet is fully insured commercially.

We have a 2 day minimum stay policy.

During peak season (July through August & the 2 week Christmas/New Years period) rentals are on a weekly basis only

Check in time is 2:00p.m. Check out time is 11:00a.m.

Please ask if other times are required.

We book our weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday (off season exceptions may be made, please ask).

No pets are allowed in the chalets.
No smoking in the chalets.

Please respect our neighbors at all times. Quiet time is 10:30p.m.

Guests supply their own linen, towels, food and personal items.

Linen will be supplied at an additional cost of $ 60.00 Cdn per week.
No maid service is provided.

We ask that the chalets be left clean as on arrival.

Cancellation policy:
* All deposits are non-refundable
* Cancellations for daily reservations can be made 7 days in advance
* Cancellations for weekly reservations can be made 14 days in advance
