Our Italian holyday house is an old lime-stone building, situated in the Centro storico, the picturesque and lively town centre of Monopoli. The house has four floors and a roof terrace. From the terrace there is a full circle panorama. You look down on neighbouring roof terraces, and you can observe the life in nearby streets. Nearly all around you can admire the old town skyline with its many church-towers. Only to the South, you will get a glimpse of the coastline, and in the far distance you will discover the horizon of the Adriatic Sea. Almost within hand is the cupola of the nearest church, Purgatorio, which has given name to our small street Via Purgatorio. Just behind Purgatorio rises the tower of the Cathedral, the pearl of Monopoli.
The house has a two hundred years' history. Its traditional construction, with thick walls of natural stones, makes it a good house to live in. All the rooms have vaulted ceilings with a feeling of space and air. Like many urban dwellings in Italy it is high and narrow, which - combined with the thick walls - prevents excessive heating by the sun. The house is therefore cool even on hot summer days.

PRICES DEPENDS ON THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE. rates shown refers to 5/8 people.
Balance is due cash at the beginning of holiday after the check-in with the manager/owner, if you are not able to pay cash, you should pay by bank transfer the total amount before your arrival (cheques and travellers cheque are not allowed).
Security deposit (to be refunded at the end of the stay) eur 250.
Finally cleanings eur 50
Please be sure to leave the house in a good conditions before to leave otherwise we must apply a supplement.
Please inform us about pets/animals, as they should be accepted with a supplement to pay.
Arrival time is in the afternoon between 16 and 21 (except different conditions).
Please advise us about your departure time (please not later than 10am).
Bed linen and bath towels are normally NOT included. You should rent them from eur 10 per person.
Pots and tableware's are already in each accommodations.
Electricity billed by use eur 0,25 kwh
Eating (if used) is billed separately. Normally is eur 35 per week.
