Our 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhouse is located in a secluded section of Shipyard Plantation which is on the southern end of beautiful Hilton Head Island. The villa sits on the 8th tee of the Clipper Golf Course and the pool is less than 50 yards away. There are tennis courts nearby, and the beach is a short bike ride away. Upon entering the villa, you are in a large atrium foyer. Off this area is a powder room and a newly renovated kitchen with a separate dining area. There is also a separate laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer, and bed linens and towels are provided for your stay. There is a separate dining room, which has a table seating six comfortably. A deck off the dining room has a beautiful view of the 8th tee and adjoiing lagoon, home to a variety of wildlife. The living room has a couch, love seat and two upholstered chairs, with a large color TV, DVD player and Stereo. There is also a fireplace to enjoy on chilly winter evenings. A picture window allows you to watch the golfers and visiting wildlife. On the 2nd floor are 3 bedrooms, ech with its own bath and deck. The master bedroom enjoys a king-size bed, ceiling fan and large walk-in closet, as well as plenty of dresser space. There is also a color TV in this room. The master bath has a sunken garden tub as well as a stall shower. The other two bedrooms each have two twin beds and ample closet and dresser space,and they share a deck. Both of the guest bedrooms also have a color TVs. The villa is also equipped with high-speed wireless dsl computer accessibility. You will enjoy the spacious feel of our newly-decorated 2100 sq. ft. villa!
