Distance from villa to lake is 50 meter and further 80 meter across lake to the beach.The garden has garden furniture with ample natural stone seats and 3 pergolas. An outside shower and barbecue is also available. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms one of which has a whirlpool bathtub. Furthermore there are 2 living rooms; one with a fireplace and access to the main terrace surrounding the villa and one to the veranda, both have a panoramic 180-270º view. In addition, there is a roof terrace with magnificent 360º views. The fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances includes an American refrigerator/freezer with an ice cube machine so you can enjoy a long-drink in the evening on the terrace watching the sunset. The kitchen also has an outdoor dining table built in natural marble and placed in a cozy area with natural marble stone walls. The villa is fully equipped including a washing machine, dish washer, oven with ceramic top, microwave, coffee machine, and refrigerator/freezer with ice cube machine, satellite TV with DVD and audio system. Villa Bella is situated on the beach of a shallow (0-30 cm deep) lake which has warmer water than normal sea water. In the high season parts of the lake are dry so you can walk across to the main Glyfada Beach with dry feet. In the remaining part of the year you can easily cross the lake (about 80 meter wide) by wading. The main Glyfada Beach (Kastraki-Glyfada-Aliko) is almost 3 km long and is relatively private due to the fact that there are few hotels nearby. Especially because of the shallow lake between the beach and the house, you may share this part of the Glyfada Beach with fewer other tourists. There are several small restaurants/tavernas in the same area as Villa Bella; the closest is about 100 meter from the house and the nerby Faros restaurant has a full size swimming pool. The front of the house borders the lake and the beach. The main road is about 60 meters distance from the back of the house. The bus stop is close by and the closest supermarket is in Kastraki, about 1-2 km distance from the house.
