Over 300 years old, the building is designated as a "historical city patrimony" (equivalent to a Grade II Listed Building) by the city hall of Barcelona. Historically this building housed the city's first post office and its foundations are part of the historical Roman world of Barcino – as Barcelona was known during Roman times. Having conserved the original structure of building during the complete rehabilitation of the building (end of March 2004). We blended the historical facade with a modern interior.
